Not only does it take strength training and playing with explosiveness on the court, but it also takes “blowing up” any negative thoughts and rebuilding your belief in yourself. Like a demolition project. Being “Elite” is being one the best amongst a group of others. “ILLite” is working to be YOUR best possible self. It’ll land you at the top. We thrive on offering effective training that improves performance and unique apparel that turns heads. The mission is clear; high level training to get hoopers to their goals and high quality gear that looks dope on the court, in the weight room, and is affordable.
